The U8s are made up of over 35 players, coached by a team of 6, supported by a Team Manager.

We have bags of experience and even more enthusiasm,

Training is every Sunday, 10am-12pm at St Marks Recreation Ground, Frant Rd, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN2 5LS.

Olivier coached Mini Rugby for 5 years when his eldest son (now 19) roamed the pitches as a mouthy scrum-half -aren't they all...  He put his boots on again 2 years ago when his youngest, Joe, decidedthat mini rugby needed another red head.

I played my senior rugby with Old Elthamians and Tunbridge Wells before my knees finally gave in.  I coached the TWRFC 2nd XV for 4 years and the 1st XV between 2010-12.  Since Fabio Capello resigned from the England role I have seen my bookings as a look-a-like decline, so have more time to dedicate to the U8s.  My youngest, Jesse, is in the U8s, and my middle boy Lucas plays in the U12s.

Susie's fate has been sealed for some time; she is married to Niall (occasional 4th XV and one time Vets player), and has 3 boys; Finn U8s, Ivo U6s, and Caspar the "toddler of the touchline".  Her brother used to play for TWRFC too.  She is more than happy to get stuck in, and feels managing the U8s is arguably a relaxing break from managing 4 boys aged 2 to 37 at home!!
