The club is very fortunate in the support we have from our existing sponsors, not only from a financial aspect but also giving the club a higher profile in the local community. Our sponsors are crucial in the overall running of the club. However are always looking for new sponsors and the purpose of this message is to make members aware of what sponsorship options are available particularly looking forward to next season.
Handbook
The handbook goes out to over 600 members including players and families as well as to sponsors and local businesses. Currently we have over 30 sponsors who advertise in the club handbook. A full-page colour costs £300 or half page £200. A full page black and white costs £275 or half page £175. All the sponsors have their names printed in the match programme for all our home league games.
Match Ball
To sponsor a match ball for a home league game costs £50 with the sponsors name printed in the match programme and the sponsored thanked in the speech after the game.
Sponsored Lunch
We have the facilities at the clubhouse to provide a sponsored lunch. The cost is £350 and for that the sponsor can invite up to 10 guests, sponsor the match ball, name printed in the match programme, award the man of the match to both sides and have the opportunity to say a few words after the game
Advertising Boards
This will be a new venture for the club for next season. The intention is to have the boards placed on the railings on the roadside of the ground. The exact costs are still to be determined but are likely to be in the region of £500 for a 2-year agreement including the cost of the board. The boards will be up through the year including the cricket season. St Marks is used for a number of different events during the year so the exposure for the sponsors will be considerable.
