Bromley made all the girls very welcome, kicking off with five minutes of "Bring Sally Up, Bring Sally Down" squats (see picture) to warm up everyone's quads.

Four, 10 minute quarters of 12-a-side rugby were played, a first fixture for the combined team this season.

The spirit, tenacity and resilience on show was fantastic, from both teams. 7Wells started with 12 on the pitch and after 40 tough minutes, finished with 12. Excellent defence, great counter-rucking and straight running saw 7Wells come away with a win.
