Fancy a game of social touch on a Tuesday night? We run it every tuesdya night during the season for mixed groups and ages. It's all about having fun and having a run around.
These are relaxed sessions with players who are young, new or are playing touch because they can't play contact anymore, So, if you want to play BOSH, go and join the 1XV at training?
ALL PLAYERS Under 16 (Y11 and below) MUST be escorted/accompanied by a parent or dedicated adult responsible for their safety & behaviour. You don't have to play, just be there!
Please also note that as we have every element of the club involved, we all play as mixed sides, so players of a similar age need to spread out amongst all the teams, to ensure there are no super teams messing about & spoiling it for everyone else.
Other than that, see you at 6:30pm for 90mins of fun rugby & beer afters (earlier if lights need doing)
Rules for the night:
1) Dummy Half Rule (if caught turn over)
2) No Touch & Pass however close. Just take the Touch, we're playing unlimited ?
3) ALL defenders retreat 2m back from Touch so there is a clear off side line.
4) DH pass from the ground. The moment you pick the ball up off the ground, the ball is in play so you are fair game!
Remember this is SOCIAL TOUCH, not Semi-Contact!
