Be supportive but do so in a positive way recognising that constant noise does not help the young player
Be courteous to all and applaud good play
Show respect for officials, coaches and players both on and off the field of play; do not verbally abuse officials, they are just volunteers
Children and young players are playing for their enjoyment. Encourage this and do not criticise from the touch line
Enjoy the day yourselves and transmit this to the players
Do not force your children to play
Refrain from bad language and do not stray onto the field of play at any time
Be a positive role model for the squad
Do not do anything that is likely to offend by way of insult, humiliation or discrimination
Reject cheating, racism, discrimination and drugs. Recognise that it is illegal for players under 18 to drink alcohol or for those under 16 to smoke
Remember that everyone at the club are volunteers from the coaches through to those working in the clubhouse. Offer support and volunteer where you are able
