6 NATIONS INTERNATIONALS – UPDATED

6 NATIONS INTERNATIONALS – UPDATE – All our allocation has been exhausted for both the France & Scotland game but I will keep a reserve list for any secondary tickets that may get returned by clubs and/or anyone having late changes to their plans. I am still accepting Italy requests as I believe I should be able to obtain relatively high numbers of both adult and Juniors.

Tickets for the away games in Wales and Ireland will be drawn once our allocation is known, please advise interest by return email.

I will be purchasing our allocation of tickets from the RFU for the following games in the very near future:

England v France on Sun 10th February (15:00)

England v Italy on Sat 9th March (16:45)

England v Scotland on Sat 16th March (17:00)

Please note that our total allocation, as a club, is minimal so demand will be very high. If you can source tickets elsewhere I would continue to explore these avenues as well. The situation would improve if fully paid up club members apply for just 1 ticket each as I am sure most attend with fellow club colleagues anyway.

Ticket prices are as follows:

France & Scotland – £135, £115, £100, £82 and £55

Italy – £105, £88, £80, £68 and £48

There are junior tickets available (15 years and under) for the Italy game at £20 if bought with the £80/68/45 adult tickets – i believe we should be able to obtain high numbers of both adult and junior tickets for this game.

The tickets allocated will be on a first come first served basis from 00:01 on Monday 3rd September at my email address: Montgos.89a@hotmail.com – please advise on game preference (for France or Scotland – no issues with Italy), number of tickets and price of ticket. I don’t envisage anyone obtaining more than a total of 2 tickets for the France and Scotland games but singles will be available so 1 for each game is a possibility.

Notification of ticket allocation, or not as the case may be, will be sent out by return email and a request for payment (+£5 admin charge per ticket), if applicable, after confirming membership status. An online payment is preferred but can also be made by cheque (details to follow within mail return) – no tickets will be released without funds having been cleared and membership confirmation. Please note there will be a reserve list for each game should any member not require their allocation (for whatever reason) and the ticket passed back into the club – we have an obligation to the RFU to be able to name the club member for each and every one of our tickets and if any ticket is found to be placed on the outside market and traced to TWRFC we could well lose our future allocation as a club for a number of years.

I will also attempt to increase our allocation later down the line as some clubs do not utilise their allowance and return back to the RFU.

Regards,

Stuart Montgomery
