I am very pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Whatman as Director of Rugby with immediate effect following Will Thorpe’s decision to step down due to work commitments.
Mike has been involved with the 1st team for the past few seasons as Skills Coach and been integral to the Club’s recent success.
Mike’s experience both on and off the pitch will set in him good stead for the requirements of this role and I look forward to working closely with Mike. He will be the link between the Players, the Management Team and the Executive.
I wish Mike all the very best for the rest of this season and forthcoming seasons.
